Customer satisfaction is important to Safwan Luggage. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item received is damaged or if an incorrect product was delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags. Returns are not accepted for used products or items damaged due to customer misuse. Customers must contact customer support with their order number and clear images of the product to initiate the return process. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days through bank transfer or the original payment method, where applicable. Return shipping charges may apply unless the error occurred on our part.
